COVID-19 Update
during this season
The leadership of Jubilee Worship Center Assembly of God desires everyone to feel welcome and safe when they attend one of the church gatherings. We greatly understand the potential harmful effects of COVID-19 and its variants and want to be sensitive to those concerns. Yet, we also believe that gathering in person is a tremendous blessing and benefit to each of us. In this season, our constant prayer has been for God’s protection and guidance. Our hope is that everyone in the church family will be able to worship and pursue God together as soon as possible.
Our plan is to always be open on Sunday mornings at 9:30am for Sunday School and 10:30am for the morning worship service. Each week, we take precautionary measures to keep the facility clean and safe. When attending in-person, we ask that everyone responsibly regulate themselves and their children.
We provide hand sanitizers stations at each entrance and bottles of hand sanitizer in each classroom. Masks are not required although we do provide masks at the main entrance for those who may choose to wear them. We encourage everyone to respect each other’s boundaries concerning handshakes, hugs or other physical contact. We have limited our greeting times during the worship service and have provided alternative ways for people to give their tithes and offerings. For most services, there is plenty of room for people to spread out who desire to do so. Also, please know that we believe getting vaccinated for COVID-19 is a personal decision and the church leadership will not publicly endorse one view or another.
If you are feeling sick, concerned, or belong to a high-risk category for the coronavirus infection, please do not attend the in-person gatherings. If possible, we encourage you to stay connected to us online through our YouTube channel, our Facebook page and this website. Currently, we do not offer a live-streaming option, but we do our best to post the video of Sunday’s message by the following Tuesday of the week.
Thank you for your support of this information. Please contact the church leadership if you have any questions or concerns.
